Paal Payasam (sheer khurma)
Sheer khurma
or rice payasam is a classic rich sweet dish made during Evening time! Try our
easy and yummy sheer khurma recipe!

💨Ingredients:
· 4 tbsp Purified Butter
· 30 gm Vermicelli
· 10 -12 Cashew
· 10-12 Pistachio
· 10 - 12 Raisins
· 10-12 Almond
· 1 ltr Milk
· 10- 12 Saffron Strands
💨Method:
1. In a hot pan, put 4 tbsp purified
butter.
2. Add 30 gm Vermicelli and put it
aside.
3. Add dry fruits: 10-12 quantity of
cashew, raisins, pistachio and almond each. And put it into the vermicelli
mixture.
4. Boil 1ltr milk. Once milk starts
boiling, add the vermicelli mixture. For taste and rich color, add 8-9 saffron
strands.
5. Cook for 30-35 minutes on slow flame.
6. Add ⅓ cup of sugar
Sprinkle pistachio and serve the sheer
khurma with love!😋😋
