💨Ingredients:
      ·       ½ tsp Yeast
      ·       1 & ½ cup Refined Flour
      ·       ½ tsp Salt
      ·       ½ tsp Sugar
      ·       ¼ cup Milk
      ·       ¼ cup Water
      ·       Coriander
      ·       Garlic
      ·       Mozzarella Cheese

💨Method:
      1.    In a bowl add ¼ cup milk, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp yeast, 1 & ½ cup of refined flour, ½ tsp salt, ¼ cup of water & oil. Make a soft dough & rest it for 1 hour.
      2.    Form small balls out of this dough. Flatten each ball & put mozzarella cheese, chopped green chilies in between, wrap the filling with the edges of the dough and pinch the seams together.
     3.    Now again roll the ball. Sprinkle some chopped garlic, coriander on it & pour melted butter.
     4.    Place the rolled dough coriander side down onto the pan. Apply butter on another side.
      5.    Cook it properly from both sides.
         Serve hot with any gravy!😋😋
