Chicken Korma Recipe
Chicken Korma is a traditional Indian dish that’s flavorful, curry is made with Onion paste, plenty of spices and Cashew that’s make it buttery and completely delicious. It is the perfect dinner party dish!

💨Ingredients:
       ·       1 Kg Chicken
       ·       1 Cup Curd
       ·       4 onion
       ·       6 tbsp oil
       ·       Oil for frying
       ·       1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder
       ·       1/2 Tbsp Garam masala
       ·       2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
       ·       1inch Cinnamon
       ·       5 Black Pepper
       ·       4 cloves
       ·       1 Star Anise
       ·       10 Cashew nuts
       ·       1 tsp salt

💨Method:
      1.    Heat Pan, fry onion and cashew
      2.    Grind fried onion, cashew with curd.
      3.    Heat oil into the pan, add whole spices and salt to taste.
      4.    Add chicken and let it cook for about 10-12minutes on high flame.
      5.    Keep stirring it.
      6.    Add ginger paste, mixture of fried onions and yoghurt and allow it cook for minute.
      7.    Add garam masala for flavour.
      8.    If the gravy is too thick add little bit of water before covering it. The masala should fuse well with the chicken.
      9.    Cook on low flame. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes and Keep stirring occasionally.
      Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves!😋😋
