Naan with chicken

This combination of naan & chicken makes a delicious meal. Whole wheat flatbread stuffed with spicy chicken stuffing, served as breakfast or as a lunch box option!

💨Ingredients:
      ·       2 cup Refined Flour
      ·       ¾ cup Water
      ·       ½ tsp Sugar
      ·       1 tsp Salt
      ·       3 tbsp Oil
      ·       250 gm Chicken
      ·       1 tsp Red Chili Powder
      ·       ½ tsp Salt
      ·       ½ tsp Garam Masala
      ·       1 tbsp Oil
      ·       ¼ cup Mayonnaise
      ·       ¾ cup Schezwan Sauce
      ·       Bread Crumbs

💨Method:
      1.    In a bowl add 3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp salt & 250 gm chicken. Mix it well & rest for 15 minutes.
      2.    Make a dough of 2 cups refined flour, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, 3 tbsp oil & ¾ cup of water. Rest it for 30 minutes.
      3.    Take chicken pieces, coat each chicken piece with bread crumbs & shallow fry in butter.
      4.    Prepare small balls out of dough, flatten each ball. Apply some oil on it & sprinkle refined flour.
      5.    Identify the center of the naan & just cut it in half. From there, move it around. Make a ball of it & flatten it again.
      6.    Add butter in a pan & cook this naan from both sides.
      7.    Combine ¼ cup of mayonnaise & ¾ cup of schezwan sauce. Apply it on naan, add some onion & place fried chicken pieces. Fold it properly.
      8.    Now add some butter in a pan, keep this chicken naan into it. Cook from both sides for a while.
         Make pieces of it & serve hot with your favorite sauce!😋😋
