💨INGREDIENTS:
· One Trevally fish
· 1tsp Lemon juice
· 1tsp Coriander seeds
· 1tsp Fennel seeds
· 1tsp Sesame seeds
· 1tsp Cumin seeds
· 1tsp Minced garlic
· 1/2tsp Ginger
· Salt
· Pepper
· 1tsp Red chili powder
· Coconut Oil
💨Method:
1. On a hot pan, just lightly toast the
cumin, coriander, fennel and sesame seeds till the aromas are released (till it
changes color a bit, make sure you do not burn the seeds). Then add them to a
pestle and mortar and grind them to a fine powder.
2. After that, add the minced garlic,
crushed ginger, red chili powder, lemon juice, some oil and mix well till you
get a thick paste
3. Coat the fish well with this
marinade. Let it marinate for an hour.
4. Then add some oil to a pan and fry
some curry leaves. After a minute, add the fish to the pan and cook evenly on
both sides, about 3-4 minutes on each side at medium high heat, or until
cooked.
Serve as shown. Enjoy!😋😋
