Breaded chicken tacos with cabbage slaw

💨INGREDIENTS:
       ·       2Chicken breastsa
       ·       2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
       ·       Salt
       ·       Pepper
       ·       Red chilli flakes
       ·       2tbsps Garlic powder
       ·       1tbsps Onion powder
       ·       1tbsps Ginger powder
       ·       2 Eggs
       ·       1tbsp Lime juice
       ·       4 Taco shells(corn)
       ·       1/4 cup Red cabbage
       ·       1/4 cup White cabbage
       ·       Srirachia Mayo
       ·       Chipotle Mayo
       ·       Oil

💨Method:
      1.    Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices. Add them to a bowl, then add salt, pepper, lime juuce6, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, red chilli flakes and 2 beaten up eggs. Mix them all together.
      2.    Add the breadcrumbs to another bowl. Then take each slice of chicken and coat it with the breadcrumbs mixture. Keep them aside on a clean plate, ready for pan frying.
      3.    Heat up some coconut oil on a pan. Then add the coated chicken slices on to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or till it is fried and golden on all sides.
      4.    Slice up some red and white cabbage. Add srirachia mayo and chipotle mayo and mix it up. Grill up some taco shells and add the fried chicken and the slaw mixture.
