Black Pav Bhaji

delicious Black pav bhaji!

💨Ingredients:
· Dry coconut
· 1 tsp Black Pepper
· 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
· 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
· 1 tsp Stone Flower
· 2 Bay Leaves
· 5 tsp Butter
· 3 tsp Oil
· 1 tsp Garlic
· 2 tsp Salt
· 2 Onion
· 1 Capsicum
· ½ cup Water
· 3 Tomatoes
· 3 Boiled Potatoes
· ¼ cup Water
💨Method:
1. Roast dry coconut until it turns
black & cool it down.
2. Cut it into pieces add 1 tsp black
pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp stone flower & 2
bay leaves into it. Grind it well.
3. In a pan add 5 tsp butter, 3 tsp oil,
ground paste, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic, 2 onion, 1 capsicum, ½ cup of water, 3
tomatoes & 3 boiled potatoes. Smash it all together & add ¼ cup of water
into it. Cook for a while.
4. Garnish with coriander and onion
serve the delicious black bhaji
