Manchurian Frankie

💨Ingredients:
       ·       1 cup Cabbage
       ·       1 Onion
       ·       1 tsp Salt
       ·       ½ tsp Black Pepper
       ·       1 cup Refined Flour
       ·       2 tbsp Oil
       ·       5-6 Garlic Cloves
       ·       ½ Onion
       ·       ⅓ cup Capsicum
       ·       ½ cup Cabbage
       ·       2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
       ·       1 tsp Soya Sauce
       ·       2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
       ·       2 cup Refined Flour
       ·       ½ tsp Salt
       ·       2 tsp Oil
       ·       ¾ cup Water
       ·       Noodles
       ·       Salt to Taste
       ·       Black Pepper
       ·       Schezwan Sauce
       ·       Butter

💨Method:
      1.    Make a mixture of 1 cup of cabbage, 1 onion, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper & 1 cup of refined flour.
      2.    Form small balls out of this mixture. Deep fry these balls in oil.
      3.    In a pan add 2 tbsp oil,5-6 garlic cloves, ½ onion, ⅓ cup of capsicum, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chili sauce & add fried Manchurians into it. Stir it well.
      4.    Make a dough of 2 cups refined flour, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp oil & ¾ cup of water.
      5.    Mix noodles, salt, black pepper & schezwan sauce.
      6.    Make a roti & roast it in butter. Fry the noodles in a pan.
      7.    Apply Schezwan sauce on roti, add noodles, place Manchurian in between & sprinkle some cabbage on top.
      Roll it & serve!😋😋
