Strawberry Rose Tarts
These dainty
little rose tartlets are going to make your loved ones go WOW!
💨Ingredients:
· 100g Refined Flour
· 50g Salted Butter(cold)
· 4 tbs Powdered Sugar
· 2 tbs Water
· ½ Cup Whipping Cream
· 1 Kiwi
· 8 Strawberries
💨Method:
1. Mix refined flour and sugar together.
Add the cold butter evenly through the flour using your fingertips.
2. Add water and bring it together to a
dough. The dough will have cracks in it, but that ok. Do not knead the dough.
Refrigerate it for 30 mins.
3. After 30 mins, roll it out to ¼ cm
thickness. Cut out roundels, place them into cupcake liners or tart moulds.
4. Pre-heat a kadhai for 5-7 mins on
medium flame and place the tart in. Bake for 10-12 min on medium flame or until
done. Let it cool and then remove from mould.
5. Cut strawberries into roses as
indicated in the video. Add a dollop of whipped cream to the tart shells. You
could also use cooled custard instead of whipped cream. Arrange the kiwi pieces
and the strawberry rose.
