PARLE G Biscuit Cake With Chocolate
A quick recipe for spongy parle-G biscuit cake with chocolate!

Ingredients:
·       60 Parle-G Biscuits
·       ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
·       2 Cup Milk
·       1 Tbsp Eno
·       Chocolate Ganache
·       Cashew Nuts

Method:
  1.    Grind 60 Parle-G biscuits, add ¼ cup powdered sugar, 2 cup of milk and 1 tbsp eno into it. Make a proper thick mixture.
  2.    Place parchment paper in a round shape cake mold, pour the mixture in a mold.
  3.    Bake it at 1800c for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. 
  4.    Drip chocolate ganache slowly on top, sprinkle some crushed cashew nuts on it.

                                  Cut it and take a bite!
