Kerala Style Prawns Roast


💨Ingredients:
·       Prawn 500 gm
·       2 tsb Red Chili Powder
·       ½ tsb Turmeric powder
·       Salt
·       2 Onions Medium Size
·       1 tsb Crushed Red Chili
·       2 tsb Ginger Minced
·       2 tsb Garlic Minced
·       Curry Leaves Few
·       Coconut Oil (Req)
💨Method
        1.    Marinate the prawns with chili powder, salt and turmeric powder for 30 minutes.
        2.    In a nonstick pan add coconut oil  (try and use coconut oil). When the oil is hot add crushed red chili and stir for few seconds, throw in sliced onions, minced ginger, minced garlic and few curry leaves.
        3.    Once the onion is soft and brown add in the marinated prawns. Stir and mix the prawns in masala. Cover and cook prawns for about 5 minutes in low flame.
       4.    Remove the lid and cook the prawns for another 2 minute or so in high flame until the prawns get coated well on the masala.
       5.    Add a little drizzle of coconut oil and some more curry leave in the end and remove from fire.
                                 Serve with tomato ketchup!😋😋😋
