Egg Devil Recipe
Egg Devil is
classic street food, a generous appetizer & the perfect accompaniment to
the evening drink!

💨Ingredients:
· 6 Eggs
· 3 Potatoes
· 100 gm Bread Crumbs
· 1 tsp Garam Masala
· ½ Red Chili Powder
· ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
· ½ tsp Coriander Powder
· ½ tsp Salt
· 1 Onion
· Coriander
· 2 tbsp Oil
· 1 tsp Ginger Paste
· ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
💨Method:
1. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 1 chopped
onion, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ red chili powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp
coriander powder, 3 boiled potatoes. Fry it well & add coriander on it.
2. Coat each boiled egg with potato mixture
& shape it to a full egg.
3. Dip into the egg batter and roll into
the bread crumbs. Coat it properly.
4. Fry it into the oil until golden
brown.
Serve hot with ketchup!😋😋
